SERDANG, 26 Feb 2018 – Art of Speed, Malaysia’s very own homegrown Automotive Lifestyle event had its first ever all car festival called “All Car Nation” in conjunction with ‘Program Temu Duga Terbuka SL1M Peringkat Zon Tengah 2018’.

The event offered exclusive activities for car enthusiast, family and visitors. These included, free Hot Air Balloon Rides, Vertical Bungee, Simulator & Carnival Games, Drift Clinic & Taxi Rides, Coffee & Breakfast, Manufacturer Test Drives, Stance Games, Classic/Retro/Modern Show & Shine, Hotwheels and Malaysia’s first ever Dyno Shoot-Out in 3 categories. Exciting prizes were offered to lucky participants and visitors. The event was to gather various car clubs nationwide to showcase their own products and services in line with our objective in making Art of Speed events as the choice platform for talented young Malaysians.
Show & Shine registration for Classics & Retro started at 9:00am, Saturday, 24 February while Modern at 11:00am on the same day. Coffee and breakfast were served to first 300 participants. Sunday’s event started at 9:00am till 3pm with awards presentation & ‘LIVE’ show ending the event.

Highlights included the main lucky draw which offers a brand new 2018 Perodua MYVI as the Grand Prize, performances and talks by Faizal Tahir, Zero Maharaja Lawak Mega, Bocey Maharaja Lawak Mega, Aiman Tino, Hael Husaini, Tajul, Sufian Suhaimi, Wany Hasrita, AG, Nabil Ahmad, Sukur Ibrahim and Imam Muda Asyraf brought by SL1M.
Apart from activities such as above, Program Temu Duga Terbuka SL1M offered a variety of posts and was open to job seekers with minimum qualification of PMR up to PhD.
SL1M is one of the Government’s initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates. This program is aimed at providing soft-skills and on-the-job training to Malaysian graduates, especially those from under-privileged families. At the end of the program, these graduates would have developed personal mastery, learned best work practices and gained experience in the corporate world through accelerated work-based learning.
The Honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak was at the venue to officiate the event on Saturday, 24 February 2018.
