Term and Condition
- All tickets are non refundable.
- All tickets will need to be checked and verified with ID card (IC or Passport) as submitted in registration when purchasing ticket.
- All tickets are non transferable.
- Any changes to be amended on the tickets a Fee of RM10 will be imposed for each ticket.
- To resend ticket, due to WRONG number keyed in RM10 will be imposed for each tickets. (purchaser need to verify before we resend)
- Any request to resend ticket RM10 will be imposed for each ticket.
- Children aged 12 and above must have a ticket for admission.
- By entering the event grounds you are agreeing to be photographed or filmed
- The management reserve the right to alter these rules and regulations as they see fit.
- Our security team is presented to make this event experience safe and fun for everyone; kindly cooperate.
- Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card & QR code upon entry. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder entering the Event grounds.
- In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
